The room was very clean and the location is good, with free sun beds too. Still, the sewage odor inside was so bad that it was impossible to enjoy the room. The toilet and furniture are worn and need attention. Reception closes at 9pm every day, and the staff's English isn't good, though they did seem willing to help when needed. I don't think the current rating is deserved.

We only stayed one night after landing at Phuket Airport, and the spot right in the heart of Naiyang beach worked well. It's about a 15-minute walk from the airport, so we just walked over and happened to get a room. The owner or manager was very nice, and the staff were nice too. The rooms are basic and a little dated, but I like this area so much that I came back later and stayed a few doors up the road.

The view is still stunning, and that's the biggest reason to stay here. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. If being right on the beach matters to you and you don't need luxuries, try for unit 1, where opening the curtains gives you the beach and ocean. The place needs some TLC. Nothing has been fixed since three years ago, and you should bring your own mobile internet because they can't get theirs working. For a slick room without problems, look somewhere else.

We had prepaid a full-day tour for the day we were told to move, which made the whole situation really inconvenient. Our booking was confirmed for three nights, but on arrival they said they only had space for two and that check-in would be at 5pm instead of 2pm. They had sent a message at 10:58am that day, but we were on the plane and didn't see it until we reached the hotel. It felt like someone had paid cash for a late checkout and we got pushed aside. They also sent us to a cheaper hotel a few buildings away despite our three-night confirmation. I wouldn't trust their booking system.
