If you’re looking for a homestay-style Vila away from noise, this can be good value, especially if you have your own transport like I did. With Phuket traffic, it’s a good distance from the Patong beach area, though close to Surin Beach. Khun Ton, the property contact, was friendly, helpful, and quick to reply in chat. They left us snacks and water bottles, but you’ll need to bring your own toiletries. One thing to know: there’s a Muay Thai Club directly behind the Vila. I’d read reviews mentioning noise at certain times, but I didn’t have an issue since I spent most of my time traveling around Phuket. Recommended if you’re fine with spending some time getting around.

The kids loved having three TVs and the pool right outside the unit. The AC was super cool, the washing machine came in handy, and the bed and pillows were really comfortable. Everything felt new and clean, and we love this place. The drive into the apartment can be confusing at first, but Waze or Google map can sort it out. It’s a short drive to the beach and shops. There’s a shuttle to and from the beach every hour, though it only starts at 11am. We’d definitely recommend staying here and would come back.

A large condominium construction site has been about 20 meters from the terrace for roughly a year. Angle grinders, hammer drills and similar tools are going constantly. It’s impossible to put up with for long. The house is also completely run-down and is up for sale because it’s no longer habitable, yet they’re still taking in money. Experience is the best teacher, but nobody’s returning mine. Disgusting!
