The staff were kind and even picked us up from the airport. They tried to help with a few simple requests but were limited by the facilities. The place was generally clean, including our room, and the air conditioning was cold. The layout worked well for our three kids, with a bunk bed and a pull-out couch. Still, the beds were very uncomfortable, the food wasn’t very good, and they had no extra blanket for our third child, just ones for us and the bunk bed. The pool water was green and murky, and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or treated with chemicals for some time. The hotel is a 15-20 minute drive from the airport and about a 15-20 minute walk to the beach.

The Bell Hotel was a comfortable stay for the price during my Phuket trip. It’s very close to the airport, which made getting around convenient. The rooms were neat, and the staff were warm and helpful. Good value, honestly.

We’d happily stay here again on a future Phuket trip. There’s a restaurant and a ground-floor swimming pool, plus a 7-Eleven and Mini Big C supermarket just a short walk away for snacks or essentials. The hotel was very clean and smelled fresh. Our linens were spotless, and the beds were really comfortable. Staff were friendly and attentive to what we needed. On our last day, they even arranged a free taxi to the airport, a thoughtful touch. We were also given towels and an access card without having to pay a deposit.

The rooms were large and clean, and the hotel is nicely close to the airport. The restaurant food was tasty. It was a little sad that the coffee machine was switched off, so we couldn’t have a cup.

A good stay in a modern, clean hotel, with friendly staff. The pool was nice, though it’s shaded for most of the day, so the water felt cool for Thailand. Parking was the main drawback. The only spot we could find was 100 metres away. Nearby there’s a Mini Big C, a 7-Eleven, and plenty of inexpensive restaurants.
