The meals were a treat, from a full breakfast to dinner feasts, and the chef made everything delicious. Au, Jum, and Keanly were so friendly and attentive, and they made our stay memorable. Keanly, the villa manager, handled the transport and tours we needed. The villa was gorgeous, and we had a wonderful time. We'll definitely return to this same place.

Villa Padma turned out to be the most amazing place we've ever visited. We'd waited over two years to get to Phuket because of Covid, and this villa wasn't our first choice. Thank goodness the booking changed. Because of COVID and needing to book an SHB Plus Villa, our travel advisor, Lindsay Garner from Travel Counsellors, found this beautiful gem. The villa is huge, though our party of four mostly stayed downstairs by the pool, which had everything we wanted. It's on Phuket's east side, with stunning views over the island and an estuary, plus amazing sunsets. Getting around was easy: the villa arranged a great driver, and we just messaged our Villa Manager, Kenley, to have the driver pick us up. One evening, though, we made it back ourselves in a Tuk Tuk, which Kenley loved seeing arrive at the villa. The place is breathtaking and was pristine all day long. Four staff members looked after us, with Kenley and his team available from 7am to 10pm. Three staff stayed on site, so we could approach them if we needed anything. Nothing was too much trouble. They were attentive at meals and made sure we always had a drink, especially in the heat. The chef cooked fresh food daily, from authentic Thai dishes to western meals, and everything was beautiful and tasty. The huge infinity pool overlooking the estuary and Phuket was stunning and much appreciated. All four bedrooms were roomy, with plenty of hanging space and comfortable beds. The beds were made during the day, and fresh towels and turn-down service were provided both morning and night. The location and wonderful staff made the whole holiday magical from the start.

We spent five days at the lovely Villa Padma. The rooms were spacious and well kept, and the infinity pool had a picturesque view. There was also an indoor theatre for movies whenever we wanted, a pool table, and a beautiful atmosphere. The food was sumptuous. Best of all was the team of four, including the manager, chef, and two others. They were always nearby to help with anything, and their warmth and excellent service made this one of my best stays so far. I'd recommend Villa Padma to anyone!
