The Residence Bangtao by Lofty

The villas sit in a really peaceful area, away from all the hustle and bustle. I loved unwinding in the backyard by the private pool. The waterfall feature was totally unnecessary, but I appreciated it so much that I didn't want to leave. The place is very comfortable and has all the equipment you'd want, plus plenty of kitchen appliances and a fully working washing machine, which is especially handy in the clammy weather. You could order a villa and happily stay put until checkout.

My wife and I had a fantastic four days here. The staff were so kind and helpful, especially Ning, who took great care of us and helped with what we needed. We even got a surprise upgrade to a one-bed plunge-pool room, and the accommodation had everything we needed. The food was great, and having it delivered to the room each morning was convenient. It's a lovely place to relax, and I'd definitely return. Thanks for making the trip so nice! If you're after lots of activities and places to hang out, though, this probably isn't the spot.

We booked five nights, and our villa had a large private pool that was great for a family with kids. The staff were friendly and helpful. Tesco and a few markets are about a 10-minute walk away. Some of the equipment needs maintenance, but it was a good place to spend a few days.

Our first villa, a four-bed, hadn't been cleaned and its pool was out of action. They moved us to a three-bed without any fuss and quickly refunded the difference. The second villa was nice.
