The Title Naiyang Residence

The big pool, security, and little gym were all good, and there are lots of shops and restaurants around. The beach is only a 5-minute walk. Some people smoke a lot of weed in their apartments, though, and there’s no control over the smoke going outside. Apart from that, it was a good experience.

Everything you need for a comfortable stay is nearby. The quiet road has a minimart with many Russian goods, a pharmacy, tailor, currency exchange, restaurant, cafe, and laundrette. On the Title site there are several pools, a gym, a filtered drinking water station, and food vending machines, including a 711 machine. It’s a beautiful condo complex, a short drive from Phuket International Airport and a ten-minute walk to the beach.

The gym is a nightmare with mosquitoes. I told the staff member on duty outside that they needed to do something, but nothing’s been done. You can’t finish a full workout without having to swat a mosquito every 30 seconds.

There are multiple pools and shaded areas, and the beach is within walking distance. It’s a nice place. The apartment fit our small family very well: four adults and one child. It feels like a new build and has good facilities. Our Airbnb host was easy to reach when we had questions, and there was a safe to use.
