Trichada Villas by RESAVA

We loved the peaceful setting, just minutes from Bang Tao Beach, and waking up to birdsong before taking a dip in our own pool was lovely. The villa was spotless, the WiFi was good, and everything seemed carefully maintained. It’s spacious and private, with lush gardens and a beautiful design topped by a classic Thai roof. A great fit for couples or families who want a bit of luxury without resort crowds. We’d happily come back.

We were planning to stay with friends during EDC, but Trichada Villas cancelled my booking after I’d already paid in advance. They said it was because of a “change of villa ownership.” Yet the property showed up for booking again shortly afterward, at a higher price. I find that dishonest and unacceptable. I’ve seen previous reviews describing the same thing at this property and other Trichada properties. I wouldn’t trust any Trichada properties.

The villa was lovely and very clean, and the owner was kind. It’s also close to Boat Avenue. Great for a family trip, and we’d like to visit again.

There’s a guard checkpoint at the entrance, which made the estate feel safe, and we didn’t hear noise from the street or nearby villas. The place has around 20 villas, with a mix of owners who rent theirs out and people who live there. The villas seem to have different owners and management companies. It’s near Laguna and Boat Avenue. Our villa was clean and well maintained, and we had an enjoyable stay.
