The walk back from the beach takes about 10-12 minutes along a shaded route past the park, shops, and pharmacies, and it's comfortable if you know the way. You can also get there by car in three minutes, free of charge. For residents, transport including boats is free. Buying an apartment, leasehold or freehold, comes with a resident card for free entry to Rava Beach Club, with soft loungers and towels, and a nearby elite fitness center. There's also a kindergarten a minute away, among Phuket's top five. A fantastic complex for anyone planning to live there long term.

We spent six months living here and loved it. One thing we discovered was House Harmony, who helped with some cosmetic renovation work. I highly recommend them. And the rooftop is fantastic!

A nice, new condo in Laguna.
