VIP Great Hill Phuket Airport

I’ve lived here for two years, and the people at the front desk are the best. The staff are amazing, helpful, and considerate, and they keep the place immaculate. Security is 100%, nobody gets in or out without your permission. The location is 110% fantastic, with a great pool and gym, and everything else is great too. If something goes wrong in my condo, they arrange for the maintenance man. The location and price point are brilliant. I can’t say enough about the staff, always greeting you with a smile in the morning. Love these people.

Nothing is included in the price, and you have to pay extra for everything. The room has no air conditioning and there’s a constant mold smell. The sofa rotted within a month, and there are moth larvae under the mattress and in the wardrobe that need to be thrown out immediately. The staff responded quickly to requests, the pool was clean, the shower worked well, and the furniture was new. But scooter rental for an old scooter is overpriced, gasoline isn’t included and you’ll be asked to pay twice as much for it in the end. You also have to pay for repairs if the old scooter breaks while you’re driving. The owners are very petty. I’d never stay there again.

It’s about as peaceful a place as you can imagine. 💕

Parking is limited, and the parcel arrangements are messy. The management is the worst.
