I came across this place while randomly looking for somewhere to stay on the way to Phra That Phanom. It was peaceful and quiet, and the owner was very attentive. On a weekday the room was 4** baht, affordable for a clean, decent-sized room that worked for two parents and a child.

For four people, the setup works out to two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and it feels worth the price if you just need somewhere to rest. The place is showing its age, but the air conditioning is cool, there's hot water, and the beds are reasonably clean.

I've paid around 500 baht for other places that weren't this bad. There was some dust on the floor, the AC controls didn't work, and no keys were given, so we couldn't lock the room when going out.

At 450 baht it was okay overall. The room was spacious and the air conditioning cooled well, but the water heater didn't work. Wi-Fi was there, though I couldn't use it.
