The place has a great design and atmosphere, and I really liked the first impression. The road is about 50m away, so it isn’t especially quiet, though it wasn’t too bad and would have been acceptable if the rest had been good. My first room hadn’t been made up at all. It looked as though the previous guest had just left. I assumed it was because I checked in early and went out for the afternoon, but my emails and chat messages got no response, and reception was always empty. When I returned after sunset, nothing had changed. I eventually got another room, but the shower was freezing cold, the bathroom smelled like sewage, and the pool didn’t look clean to me. They seem to be aiming for a premium feel and charging premium prices, including 150 for breakfast, but the place needs more maintenance and attention before it feels premium.

Totally disappointed. The room was dirty, with ants on the pillow and floor, and the bathroom was dirty too. The swimming pool was extremely filthy. It looked as if they’d only added chlorine and hadn’t changed the water in a long time.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, and the owner was very friendly and helpful. Paying more attention to the details could improve the service and make guests more satisfied. Wishing you success with the business and the baby 😉

The room is fine enough if you’re only staying overnight. I was there just to rest before heading to Sangkaburi. The water heater was no good, and I had to ask reception to send someone to fix it. On that cold morning, I ended up not taking a bath.

They kept insisting on serving me food, which reminded me of home. Really great people and a very nice property. Thailand is the best! If I could review countries, Thailand would get 5 stars and the USA 3.5.
