Robinson shopping mall is within walking distance, which made getting around convenient. I also appreciated the wheelchair ramp. The staff were professional and attentive, and the receptionist is there 24 hours a day. Rooms were clean, bathrooms had most of the amenities, and the lobby had snacks, cup noodles, and drinks. Breakfast is one dish per order; I liked the rice porridge best. A very satisfying stay.

Mosquitoes in the room were a real nuisance, and the pillows were extremely thin. We asked for another pillow and were charged 50 baht. I had booked a triple room with an extra bed, but what they provided was just a thin mattress on the floor. A bad experience.

Staff were friendly, and there was plenty of parking, with both covered and uncovered spaces. Clean and cozy, a good place to stop over.

Warm welcome from the staff, and the price was acceptable. The mall and a convenience store are about a 10-minute walk away, but you'll need to rent or have a car to get elsewhere. The room isn't as big as some, though it's fine for resting. Free breakfast and Wi-Fi, plus a snack corner open 24 hours.

Under 1,000 THB a night for three people, breakfast included and made to order, was very good value. This is a lovely boutique hotel in Trang city. The drawback is that it's a bit far from the city, so sightseeing on foot isn't practical. By 8 p.m. it's already very quiet, maybe too quiet to feel like going out.
