Hotel Hii

The cafe has a beautiful interior and a really relaxed feel, more like somewhere you'd expect to find in Bangkok. Coffee was great and inexpensive, among the best I've had in Thailand. We ordered two cappuccinos, two lattes, and two brownies. The brownies were delicious too. A real gem in Trat.

Good price, friendly people, and a nice concept. The coffee is very good, and it's not instant coffee, of course! Parking is easy. There are restaurants, bars, and live music spots nearby, and Tesco Lotus is within walking distance.

Tasty food at a cheap price. A great place to eat.

Wi-Fi is strong, which I liked best. The rooms and restaurant have a modern look, and the atmosphere is relaxing. It's a family-run business with clean, simple rooms and almost all the amenities Thai guests need. A room with two beds costs 100 baht more than one with a double bed, though I found the double bed more comfortable. Parking is convenient and secure. Food and drinks were delicious: fresh coffee and cakes, lots of good single-dish meals, and especially the mantis shrimp dish, my favorite 😍. The rice porridge was a little sweet, but still tasty. HaPa Restaurant is nearby, where you can walk to hear soft music at night. Bangkok Trat Hospital and Lotus Department Store are also close. It's a great place to stay overnight before heading to the islands in Trat Province or Khlong Yai the next day.
