Great value, with really good massages and a restaurant we enjoyed. The staff do everything you could ask for. It takes a while to get to Ao Nang because the hotel is far from there, but it’s a great choice if you’re happy with the isolation.

You can open your door straight onto the ocean here, with the beach right there and hardly anyone around. The rooms are very clean, and the washroom is large. The staff are so attentive that it feels a bit like a family-run place, and they’ll go out of their way to help. Last orders are at 9:30 pm. There hadn’t been any orders after 8, so the manager had closed early and let the staff go. When I got there at 9, they reopened and cooked dinner with one other staff member. This isn’t the place for a luxury getaway with buffet breakfasts and every extra. Come if you want to feel like you’re living in a home on the beach.

We stayed three days, and the place was beautiful. The beach was clean, but adjusting our plans around the high and low tides got annoying. The tide would be right around noon. I didn’t like that our sheets weren’t changed during the stay. The food, including breakfast, wasn’t good for a resort considered luxurious. It’s also far from shops, markets, and restaurants, so you need transport of your own. I liked the stay overall, but for the same amount of money I could have picked somewhere with a better breakfast.
