It was fine for somewhere to sleep, but little else. The room looked much older in person than it did in the advertising. A board covered the window, so I couldn't open it or see out, and the shower temperature kept changing.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. Staff were great, helpful, and spoke English well. The location worked well too. I wish there were more hooks or rails for clothes, and a water refill station instead of two plastic bottles in the room each day.

The shower water ran out into the bathroom, and breakfast wasn't free as advertised. Losing the plastic key card can cost 300-500 baht. For the same price, v hotel next door has a pretty good free breakfast, so I won't stay here again.

I spent a few nights in a studio and found it pretty decent. The bathroom had a separate shower cubicle, and the room stayed dark in the morning, which I really liked. There's inexpensive food at the outdoor restaurant in the adjacent carpark. Not much else is nearby, but Grab rides cost $2, so that wasn't a big deal.

After a long road trip, I was so glad to arrive. The facilities were new and clean, and the lovely lady who owns the place welcomed us so warmly. It felt like the best value in Ubon Ratchathani, and I wouldn't bother looking elsewhere. I'd love to come back :)
