The owners are warm and friendly. Booking directly with the accommodation costs 450฿ per room. The rooms are white, clean, brightly lit, and have cool air conditioning.

It’s quiet, peaceful, and clean, though you can hear noise through the walls because the rooms aren’t very soundproof. The housekeeper was diligent and the owner friendly. My concern was the monthly rental charges: the agreement didn’t include photos of the electricity and water meter readings from before I moved in. I was charged too much for electricity in the first half-month, more than the total I paid for the remaining two months. There was also a 50 baht monthly garbage fee. At checkout, they charged 250 baht for air-conditioner cleaning despite my 50% discount, as well as a 500 baht cleaning fee. If you stay, discuss all the terms first and photograph both meter readings before your contract begins. Just a warning.

The Pak Mor Cheese Pizza has a lovely aroma from the burnt cheese. I wouldn’t have expected those flavors to work so well together. Great idea, and I highly recommend it.

The owner is friendly, and the room is clean for a reasonable price. There’s hot water and the air conditioning cools well. Wi-Fi was a little slow, but the stay felt worth the cost. It’s tucked a bit down an alley, so take care.
