The rooms were peaceful and comfortable, and I slept well. Jamie was kind, very good with customer service, and took care of every concern I had about the stay. She didn't rush me through checkout, either. I think she deserves to be a manager. They were very accommodating, and the experience was excellent.

The area around the hotel was very dark, with lots of loose dogs, and pigeons on the windowsill made noise all day. Inside, the rooms were quite dark too. Black mold covered the bathroom and shower. I was waking up throughout the night because the room was overheated, and the air conditioner couldn't cool it even at its highest setting. I wouldn't recommend it.

This is the worst hotel I've ever seen. It looked like somewhere a homeless person might rent just to sleep for the night. When I lay down, I could feel bugs crawling on me and actually see them. I immediately checked out and asked for a refund, but the manager refused.

I try to book B2 whenever I travel around Thailand. The beds and rooms are great, the shower and bathroom are great, and the staff are great too. It's a clean hotel for a good price. Town is far enough to walk to, and the distance also means a nice, quiet night's sleep. Well worth the money. Thanks for another great stay at your hotels.

Other hotels in town were supposedly 5 star, but I couldn't sleep because they used box springs as mattresses. B2 has real mattresses, so if a good night's sleep matters, stay here. They don't have all the amenities, but the comfortable bed and lower cost make it worthwhile.
