The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and I especially want to mention their excellent service. We left our passports and cash in the room safe, but they sent everything by express delivery to our next hotel, free of charge and with no hassle. Thank you so much! The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and clean. The hotel is well located and has plenty of free parking right on site. We can highly recommend De Princess Hotel in Udon Thani.

We only had one night here, but we’ll come back next time we’re in Udon. The rooms felt luxurious, the location was great, and the staff were professional as well as very friendly. A special thanks to the service staff member who switched on the waterfall while we were at the pool. That small gesture made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel.

After a packed trip through North East Thailand, this was a great spot to rest in Udon Thani. The service and comfort were excellent, and the bed was so comfortable after all the hard mattresses at other hotels that I could barely get out of it! Really good value for money. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Udon Thani.

The breakfast buffet was great, and the gym and pool are basic but fine. The hotel is quiet from street noise in rooms that don’t face the roundabout, as far as I could tell. Carpeted hallways helped keep hallway noise down too. The interior has lovely details, and the rooms are really nice and clean. AC was very strong, the blackout curtains worked well, and the mattress was soft and super comfortable, with proper mattress protectors. The pillows were very comfy too.

The hotel was kind to travelers: I flew in at 10am, had asked about an early check-in, and they accommodated me. Nearby big chain hotels wouldn’t do that. For me, that makes this hotel the clear choice. The beds were good, and the English-speaking staff were attentive and very service minded. It was a lovely one-day layover stay in a quiet neighborhood of shophouses, though the location wasn’t great for getting around. There were no grocery stores nearby, and UD town was a 20-30 minute walk. The restaurant was very good, with an evening bar and reasonably priced drinks. Wine was the exception, at Bkk prices, expensive by Udon standards. The decor is modern classic, and the furniture is more Daniel stork design or similar. Rooms with a bath tub are available at decent prices. The swimming pool was tiny, about jacuzzi size, except it wasn’t a jacuzzi.
