A 7-Eleven right outside and laundry places nearby made things convenient. We booked bed and breakfast and found the stay very affordable. Breakfast was good for the price and worth having. Comfortable and good value overall.

The rooms are basic but kept clean and tidy. Be aware that Booking.com didn't pass on what I had actually booked, so there were changes when I arrived, though it worked out okay. A short taxi ride gets you to many of Old Bangkok's iconic attractions.

The room was quiet, and the staff were very polite and friendly. The poolside area was nice, there's a 7-Eleven nearby, and the night market is a 20-25 minute walk away. Still, it didn't feel like good value. The Wi-Fi was poor, the curtains had a hole, and there were hairs around. The sheets and blanket were old, and the old air conditioner made it hard to set a temperature that wasn't too cold.

The price is very budget-friendly, and having a 7-Eleven right downstairs was extremely convenient during my Bangkok trip. The hallways were clean, and there was plenty of comfortable space to move around outside the hotel. Rooms are quite small, though, and many balconies are broken or unusable, so don't expect much space. It could work well for a longer stay on a tight budget, as long as you aren't looking for luxury.
