Hyatt Place Bangkok Sukhumvit 24

I’d stay here again. The staff were always smiling and helpful, and Grab drivers had no trouble picking me up or dropping me off. There are ATMs on site too. The location on Soi 24 is very central, near the EmDistrict malls and Bencharisiri Park, where you can walk, run, or do calisthenics. Within a ten-minute walk there are several 7-Elevens, massage shops, a laundromat, and restaurants. The elevators are fast, and I liked the breakfast buffet. Aire Bar on the 28th floor has really good views of BKK. The gym is nice, with good views from the treadmills. The bed was very comfortable, the pillows soft, and the famous Hyatt blackout shades and soundproof windows made for a great night's sleep.

The location made it convenient to get around the city, and the rooms were modern, clean, and quiet. Staff were courteous and helpful, and breakfast had a good selection, though it gets busy at peak times. A pleasant, comfortable stay at Hyatt Place Bangkok, and a solid option for a business trip or a short leisure visit.

Before I arrived in Bangkok, Chawanwit (Scene) handled my hotel bookings, airport transfer, and other requests. He explained everything clearly and replied quickly, which made me feel at ease about the trip. May also helped sort out an arrangement on the day, and I really appreciated that. During the stay, the lobby team gave clear information in English and even accepted a parcel for me while I was out exploring. The ground-floor concierge staff were always smiling and checking whether people needed a ride. Room service kept the room spotless and noticed the little things, like laying towels on the floor and setting out all four pillows the way I used them. Everyone was kind and attentive. I’d happily stay at Hyatt again on another Bangkok trip.

Neha, the Guest Relations Mgr, deserves a special thank you for the care and hospitality she showed us. The team at reception, the cafe, and the ground-floor concierge were great too. We enjoyed relaxing in the big lobby with drinks and inexpensive snacks. The chef and team had baked Christmas cookies, which gave the place a festive touch.
