Sound at sleep Hotel

I stayed three days and everything was good. The receptionists were all really helpful and nice, and the hotel was worth the price, especially for anyone on a budget. They take a 1,000-baht cash deposit. There's a lift and Wi-Fi, though the password changes every day and they give you a small paper with the new one. The location is nice, near a 7-Eleven, spa, and market, and the area isn't very busy. Honestly, it was nice, not as bad as some reviews here.

They provide basic amenities. It's close to a 7-Eleven, and two markets are four or five bus stops away. The main hassle for me was the Wi-Fi, which needs a temporary login each day. You have to ask the staff for it daily.

The room looked modern and I liked it, but because it was near the road, it was noisy all the time. The floor was dirty, there was hair on the chair and bedside table, and the glass was cracked. It felt like the room hadn't been prepared for the next guest, which was disappointing. I booked three nights and should have received one bottle of water each night, but had to ask for it. The Wi-Fi was very bad even though my room was near the router, so I couldn't work during my stay.

The place is spacious and well priced, but it felt underwhelming as a three-star hotel. For me, it makes more sense as a two-star stay, especially with the cleanliness needing improvement. The lobby and check-in area are small, so it didn't feel secure having staff say room numbers and names out loud while other guests were around. Aside from that, the staff were friendly and recommended somewhere for breakfast. The hotel is near a university, with convenience stores, food stalls, and restaurants nearby. We booked for three but got only one room key, which is needed for the electricity, so the fridge couldn't stay on while we were out. I doubt one key is enough for three people. We also got just one elevator key card. We were on the second floor, so it was okay. The room was more spacious and brighter than expected, with a roomy toilet and soft, comfortable beds, though it looked a bit worn in the photos. When we arrived, the room smelled humid and unaired. The fridge wasn't properly cleaned, and someone's medicine packets were still in the freezer. The rubber seals were moldy, probably because it had been turned off without being aired. The air conditioning worked, but looked dusty and as if it hadn't been cleaned, which concerned me. You'll be asked for a ฿1000 deposit at check-in, returned when you check out.
