The location makes shopping easy, with Pratunam night market and other shops close by, and Platinum mall just a five-minute walk away. There are also 7/11, money exchange, massage parlours, and halal food shops nearby. Inside, it’s quiet, comfortable, neat and clean, even though the outside looks shabby. Rooms are compact but clean, with good AC and a ceiling fan. The hotel has separate shoes for indoor use, which helps keep things clean, and a lift runs 24 hours. From 6 to 11am there’s free bread or toast, jam, tea and coffee in a small corner beside reception. We got a hair dryer right away when we asked, and the staff were friendly. Good value, especially if you’re here to shop.

The room at Prince house Hotel was spacious and clean, and the location, service and value were all great. The staff were friendly and helpful too. I had a fantastic stay in Bangkok and would highly recommend it.

I spent three nights here, and for the same price it was easily the best of the Pratunam hotels I’ve tried. The staff were fantastic and so helpful. They even insisted on carrying my bag up to my room. It was spot on for me.

We stayed for two nights last week with my friends and family. Nobody asked us for extra money or a deposit, as another guest had also mentioned. The front office lady was very friendly and helpful, and the staff were available around the clock. Our room was clean and suited a short stay; the fan, AC and hot water all worked well. Housekeeping was friendly when we needed something, and the lobby and shared areas were constantly being mopped and cleaned. They ask guests to leave their shoes on the rack at the lobby entrance and use the slippers provided. I think that’s a great way to keep dirt and dust out of the hotel and rooms, and other Bangkok hotels should do it too. The location is great, within walking distance of Pratunam, Indra Market, Platinum, Pantip plaza and plenty of other shopping malls. We’d definitely stay again.
