Soi 11 is lively, with restaurants serving all kinds of food, and plenty of nightlife and local sights nearby. Convenience stores and a supermarket are only steps away, while the metro is within walking distance, so getting around is easy. Hyde Hotel is clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and offers a calm place to come back to after the busy surroundings. A good fit if you like staying right in the heart of Sukhumvit.

I booked through Agoda and had a lovely stay at the Hyde. The host was attentive, and the whole visit was very nice.

Every time I got into the elevator, there were four other tourists looking confused about how the system worked. It's super confusing. The rooms are very nice, but I don't think I'll rent an Airbnb here again. We weren't allowed to use any of the amenities, and it seemed obvious that about 90% of the people staying here were tourists. Tourists can't do anything except go straight to their rooms 🤷🏼‍♂️

The lobby is constantly crowded with people passing through and piles of suitcases, which makes it a nightmare. Soi Eleven is getting more chaotic too, and unless your room is on a high enough floor, you can hear street noise. The condominium could be nice, but I strongly advise against a long-term rental here. Short stays through Airbnb and similar platforms are allowed, so there's a steady flow of people and a lot of noise.

The rooms at Hyde 11 are fantastic, clean, well appointed, and secure, and this has been an amazing place for us to stay. There are plenty of restaurants, lively street food stalls, and entertainment within walking distance, with lots of delicious food to choose from. We couldn't use the amenities this time because of the 30-day minimum stay requirement. Even so, it feels like a safe, comfortable retreat in the middle of the busy city.
