The rooftop pool was a refreshing spot, and the location worked really well: we could walk to Pratunam, Platinum Mall, and the BTS Skytrain, while the area stayed quiet enough for peaceful sleep. Reception staff helped with directions and kept our luggage after checkout. The cleaning staff were honest, and our belongings were always secure. Our room was spacious and spotless, with fresh towels, bottled water, and coffee each day. It had an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and very effective air-conditioning, which was a lifesaver in Bangkok's heat. Everyone was warm and friendly. My only small suggestion would be to freshen up the room walls. We really enjoyed our stay at Hyde Park Hotel Bangkok and would gladly return.

After long days out exploring Bangkok, it was nice to come back to a clean, comfortable, and peaceful hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and for the price the stay felt well worth it. Getting around was easy thanks to the short walk to the Airport Rail Link (ARL), and nearby 7-Eleven stores made it simple to pick up snacks, drinks, or other essentials whenever we needed them. The shopping areas were handy too. We'd definitely choose Hyde Park Hotel Bangkok again on a future trip.

The room rate was a good deal for such a convenient spot, close to Bangkok's bustle 🤩. The room was a bit dark, but it didn't bother me much. It was cleaned every morning, with fresh towels daily. The pool was a nice extra, with lovely city views, and all the staff were really friendly 💝. I'd stay here again.

The staff made a strong impression throughout, welcoming me warmly from check-in through checkout. They were polite, friendly, and quick to handle requests, always with a smile. My room at Hyde Park Hotel Bangkok was spacious, clean, and well cared for, so it was a relaxing place to return to after traveling. I had a very pleasant stay and would come back next time I'm in Bangkok. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean hotel with friendly service.

The pool looked like it had been recently renovated, which was the one nice part of the stay. We booked two nights, but the room was worn and the facilities very outdated. A bad smell came from the AC, and the noise between rooms was the worst issue: we could hear every word our neighbors said. There didn't seem to be a quiet-hours policy, and proper sleep was impossible. At 2AM we had to report the noise to staff. Our room was on the top floor.
