The first room I saw smelled stuffy and musty. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling and more traces on the wall between the bathroom and bedroom, though the bathroom seemed moderately clean. When I asked to see another room, the receptionist just said, “They’re all like that.” At reception she seemed unmotivated and more focused on chatting on LINE than greeting the guest who had arrived. I went to find another nearby hotel.

There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and the 7/11 is just around the corner. We walked by moonlight to pizza company, about 25 minutes, though Google Maps sent us on a longer route 😂. The accommodation is cheap and has a friendly atmosphere.

It was cheap and clean, but the beds were uncomfortable. I was on my own and wouldn’t have wanted to share that bed.

The receptionist should be replaced with someone who’s more welcoming to customers.

It’s very far from Central Plaza.
