For authentic Thai food and a view of the pool, this is the place. The flavors are truly authentic Thai.

The relaxed atmosphere was my favorite part. You can laze by the good-sized pool, have cold drinks, and get food there. There are areas for children to play, too. The rooms are clean and well priced. Joe owns the place, and nothing seems too much trouble. Just relax and enjoy.

It’s an older hotel, but very good for the price, 400 bht a night. Rooms are very big, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is a good size. The pool area is great, and the water is clean and warm. There’s a pool table and bar, and it seems great for families and children. Food is western and Thai, all delicious, with reasonable prices. The cafe has fresh coffee and a good supple of western food snacks and bakery items. Everything in the city is 5 - 10 minutes away if you have transport.

My friend brought us to this resort when I came to Udontani. The host was friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were tidy, clean, and good value. The pool is great, and it’s nice to sit around and enjoy the day. There’s a free pool table, too. I’d recommend it for families with younger kids.

The Ruysuk is a basic but functional hotel, very much a case of getting what you pay for. Check-in was quick, the reception staff were ok, and there’s plenty of parking. The pool area serves various food items. It seems popular with Western expats looking for an inexpensive place, sometimes for a longer stay. For a basic hotel, it’s quite good.
