The room was great, with comfortable beds and pillows, working AC, a good bathroom and a nice balcony. My friends and I had an amazing stay, and the price, location and communication with the owner were all 10/10. The owner made getting there much easier by arranging the trip and meeting us at the beach to help with our bags. He helped again on the way back, too. He was friendly, reliable and very helpful. He offered a private boat tour at a really affordable price, much better than anything else on the street for the same experience. We wanted somewhere peaceful away from the party town, but he also arranged a boat ride into town for a night out and brought us back at 1am, so we didn't have to miss out. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Phi Phi.

The owner was genuinely kind and quick to respond. I really enjoyed the stay, both at the property and while checking out the nearby markets, beach and town. I'll definitely come back with my family.

If you're after a quiet place with a traditional feel and a natural atmosphere, I'd recommend this accommodation. We enjoyed our one-night stay, and big thanks to the landlord for helping us with transport. After checkout, he also let us leave our two bags there while we went on a tour.

I don't recommend staying here. We asked to cancel the last two nights and stay one more night instead. The owner agreed and asked us to move rooms. After we'd taken our bags out, he said someone else had booked the room and that he had no room for us. We ended up stuck and awake all night.

I was happy I stayed here. The owner arranged transport from the central pier and a Maya Bay tour at a good price. The room was air-conditioned and fine for what I paid, and the staff and place were good. I'm on the ferry now, with tickets the owner sold me for the same price as at the pier. I don't know why the place is rated 3.7. Don't listen to people expecting a five-star hotel for 30 euro.
