The Grand Apartment

We stayed two nights, but the owner claimed we had paid for just one. When we asked to check the CCTV, he refused, then called his wife and the housekeeper to “arrange” something. It was confusing. The owner, an old gray-haired man, also has a terrible attitude and speaks to guests in a way that makes you want to slap him. If someone else managed the guesthouse, he could find a quieter place to live. For anyone considering a daily rental, I’d say don’t stay here. It’s not worth the stress.

The room itself was okay, but the dorm manager was rude. I was only there for a month and am leaving. I pay rent, I’m not asking to stay for free, so she could at least speak politely. Her tone was angry, and she had no manners. I called three times because I needed to borrow the room key, but she stayed asleep. When she saw me, she told me to open the door myself to get it. Later, instead of messaging me on LINE, she knocked and used the key to open my room while I was in the bathroom. Is that how she respects customers’ privacy? Monthly rent is 4000 baht, and the garbage fee is 290 baht.

Getting around the city is convenient from here. The room was clean, and 450 baht for a night felt worth it.

The building is new, with clean restrooms and fast Wi-Fi. Parking is limited.
