A calm, pleasant place with nice decor and a good price.

The staff were excellent. When I raised a cleanliness concern, they dealt with it straight away and moved me to another room, even though it was after 11:00 PM. I slept comfortably, the A/C cooled well, hot water came through strongly, the fridge worked well, and the TV picture was clear. The furniture in the bedroom was acceptable for its condition. At 600 baht a night, the room felt much older than the photos I saw on Google. The bathroom had stains and needed a thorough clean, probably because the fixtures were aging. It really needs renovation, and better lighting, ideally white bulbs instead of yellow. Breakfast was brought to my room: coffee, Ovaltine, cereal, fruit, chicken rice, crispy pork rice, and basil rice. It was set on the table by the bedroom, but watch out for the cats jumping around, waiting for food.

There’s convenient parking, and the location makes it easy to reach Wat Tha Sung via the Wat Sing intersection. It’s also near Uthai FC football stadium, close to the road, and a short drive from Chainat. The place has all the amenities and feels pleasant and shady, with real grass paving the field.

The wooden house is lovely, and the room is good for the price, which isn't too high for the quality. Breakfast really needs a lot of improvement. Switching to made-to-order meals might work well. The bread, water, tea, and coffee are already good.
