There are both house-style and room options, and the rooms were clean. The owner was very friendly, and there’s even a swimming pool. It’s very close to Wat Tha Sung, with reasonable prices compared to other places.

I was very disappointed by how the house handled my request for a tax invoice. Before booking, I called to ask if they could issue one, and they said yes. After I checked in, they gave me a handwritten cash bill instead. Anyone who works for a company knows that a handwritten cash bill like that can’t be reimbursed. They refused to take responsibility and called me picky when I asked why they had said they could provide a tax invoice. They said other people don’t have a problem with it, that they hadn’t studied much and couldn’t do taxes, and that they could only write bills this way. When I asked whether the house paid taxes, they still didn’t understand why the cash bill and tax receipt weren’t the same. They were rude and said paying or not had nothing to do with it. If there’s a problem, they should explain and apologize instead of scolding customers. I don’t recommend staying here at all. People who stay here may be at risk because the staff seem unable to control their emotions or act with maturity.

The bed and pillows were soft and comfortable, and the spacious room came with a fridge, kettle, soap, shampoo, and towels. It’s right beside Wat Tha Sung temple, with a roughly 30-meter walk to the temple from the main road. I highly recommend it.

The staff were very attentive, and the room and pool are well located among the temples. The prayers are very good. This guest house can hold its own against four-star hotels and above. I’ll definitely come back.
