At night the air is cool and the setting is beautiful, in the shade of the Khao Yai mountain valley beside the reservoir. There’s a camping area with a restaurant, mart, swimming pool, and other facilities. Wild elephants may sometimes wander in as guests at night. It’s a great spot for group outdoor activities or meetings.

Great camping location and a nice place to bring a group for activities. Important, don’t follow the GPS. It’ll take you down a private road where you aren’t allowed to pass through.

The rooms are a little tired, but the grounds are lovely and look out over the lake. It’s a great place to stop before a day trip to the national park.
