The rooms are spacious, and the staff are friendly and helpful. It's always a pleasant experience staying here. The hotel is consistently nice and clean, and we like coming back whenever we're in Ubon.

We love the peaceful location, away from the busy main road. I especially enjoy hearing the birds in the trees in the morning. The hotel is lovely and clean, and our room is huge for such a reasonable price. The young woman at reception was very kind and welcoming. She asked what we'd like for breakfast, and when we said we're vegetarian, she said she'd pass that along to the restaurant chef. Breakfast has made us very happy: vegetable congee, fresh salad and fruit from the buffet, plus bread to toast with jam and butter, and a selection of hot drinks to make ourselves.

I'd definitely stay here again. The rooms are spotless, with large, clean shower rooms and some bath toiletries. There's a small TV and air conditioning. I'd rate the rooms and location 4/5 each, and the food and decor 3/5 each. Probably one of the best places to stay in this area.

We felt comfortable throughout our five nights, thanks especially to the staff. Everyone made us feel like special guests, remembered us at breakfast each morning, and offered extra Thai accompaniments for us to try. Reception went out of their way to help, from arranging taxis and suggesting places to eat to setting up phone apps for ordering rides and food delivery and sharing safety tips for when we were out. The rooms were comfortable, impeccably clean, air conditioned and serviced daily. It's a lovely, quiet place to return to in the afternoons and evenings, with a small garden. The website mentions an American restaurant, but it's only open for breakfast. There are tasty places to eat nearby, from street food to restaurants. Thai people are generally warm and friendly, and the staff here were exceptional. Highly recommend it, and I'd definitely stay again if I'm back in the area.
