For 590 baht to start, the price is lower when booked on site. The rooms are really huge, which is a big plus and hard to find elsewhere at this price. One room could easily fit 2-6 travellers. There's no breakfast, though, only a free tea and coffee corner. Everything else matches the room description.

Nuch at reception was so helpful. We stayed here for a local running race, and the accommodation was clean and inexpensive. Would recommend 😀

For the price, the room is just okay, and it is inexpensive, but several old, damaged parts need repairs. The mattress sags and can easily leave you with back pain, while the bed base makes a loud creaking sound even with a small movement. The towels are worn, torn, and smell musty. The faucet leaks and is hard to use, and sound carries through the room easily. Fixing or renovating those worn parts would make the place much better.

The staff are lovely, and the room is very spacious. It also costs just 490 baht, has a key-based security system, and coffee is available anytime. Still, the room feels old, and the dirty floor left sand and grime all over my feet. The bottled water has a smell, so changing its brand would help. A few fixes could make this place better.
