Alaita Boutique Phuket

The local feel was a big part of what made this place special. There weren't too many tourists, the local people were lovely, and there are restaurants serving local food across the street by the mangroves. The pool and massage service were great too, and the atmosphere was wonderful. The service and staff were amazing. A special thank you to POM at the front desk, who was sweet, supportive, and professional. I'd give this place 5.0, and more if I could. Go, you won't regret it.

Pom made such a difference during our stay. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help with whatever we needed. The hotel itself felt welcoming right away. It's modern, beautiful, and very clean. I loved staying here and would gladly come back or recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket. 😊

Pom was always there to help, and even went beyond her usual duties. She suggested some lovely quiet beaches and places to eat, and helped us get in touch with someone who gave us a private tour, which we really recommend. All the staff were kind and helped make our stay so good. Alaita Boutique Hotel is a great choice if you want a peaceful area away from crowds and big tourist spots, while still being close to beautiful beaches and the pier for island trips. The hotel was modern and very clean. We only had breakfast there once, but it was delicious. I'd happily recommend Alaita Boutique Hotel and stay here again if I return to Phuket.

The rooms are really spacious, with everything from a mini fridge to an oven right there. The pool is quite nice too, and the setting is peaceful. We booked online so we could pay by card, though there's a "cash only" sign at reception.
