Eat n Sleep

The room was enormous, with a private balcony, and the property was peaceful except for the beagle behind the hotel barking constantly. We enjoyed the casual breakfast, just help-yourself coffee and toast, sometimes fruit or biscuits, so there was no fixed time to show up. A washing machine is available on site for 40 baht, with products included. The place has several dogs and cats, so keep that in mind if you’re not a pet person. Cleaning was the one real letdown. We prefer not to have a cleaner come daily and kept things tidy, but over our 7 nights the room wasn’t swept, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned, towels weren’t changed, and even the tied-up rubbish bags we left outside weren’t replaced. The location is great, right in the heart of Naka: 2 minutes to the weekend market, 1 minute to water refill, 2 minutes to 7/11, and 15 minutes on foot to central mall. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay otherwise.

The hosts were super helpful, and the rooms had nice, cold AC. My group of three stayed here for our first night in the Phuket area, and it was peaceful and friendly, a welcome change from the chaos of Patong. It’s also near Three Monkeys, one of the restaurants we wanted to visit. I’d come back.

The owner was so kind and helpful, and made us feel at home. Our room was nicely decorated and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back. Highly recommend!

The neighborhood has a lovely local feel, with few tourists, lots of 7-Elevens, a nearby market selling street food, clothes, and shoes, plus authentic Chinese, Japanese, and hot pot places. The hotel itself is in a quiet area, and the plants outside make it feel almost like a private jungle. Inside, our room was spacious, pretty, and spotless, with very good air conditioning and a lovely balcony where we could sit and eat. The owner was such a helpful, lovely woman, and the dogs and cats were lovely too. I’d absolutely stay again.
