There wasn’t a toothbrush, toothpaste, doormat, or cupboard in the room. The pool was dirty and left us itching. Bath water was warm but never hot. Breakfast didn’t even have basic cereal, and the only food available was Thai, whose smell was hard for people from other countries to handle.

The room wasn’t ready until after 2:30 PM, even though check-in was at 2 PM. We arrived at noon, went for a walk near 7-Eleven while we waited, then came back at 2 and were told to wait another 15 minutes for cleaning. On checkout day, though, staff knocked right at noon and wouldn’t give us even 10 extra minutes. There was no air conditioning in the lobby, nobody helped with luggage or showed us to the room, and the bathroom door didn’t lock. The room also lacked a toothbrush, toothpaste, doormat, and cupboard. The water was warm but not properly hot, and breakfast had no basic cereal. Only Thai food was available, and its strong smell may not suit international guests. The surrounding area was unpleasant, too. The property felt very poorly maintained and unhygienic, and the whole stay was uncomfortable and not worth the money. Honestly, it was nothing like the description, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The pool was medium-sized and neat, and the ambience was very good. Housekeeping and reception staff were polite and friendly. Breakfast was included, though it was the same menu each day. Food and groceries are about a kilometer’s walk away.

The property was well maintained, and the staff were polite and very helpful. It’s a little outside the old town market, but other markets are easy to reach, and Rasada Pier is only 15 minutes away. Booking here in Phuket was definitely the right call for us. I’d recommend the hotel.
