The location is tucked away, which we liked, and Old Town is about 15 minutes away. There’s a nearby mosque with a 5 a.m. call that might bother some people. We stayed two weeks in a standard double room at the loft panwa and had a lovely time. The rooms were cleaned daily, with water available if needed. There’s a main pool, a shallow pool for kids or laps, and another small pool, all pretty nice. The air conditioning was cold, and the room had a smart TV with Netflix and a bar fridge. The bathroom was nice too. In my opinion, it’s amazing value for money. Go there!

The staff were so kind and eager to help. They brought us water and coffee, and even cut up dragon fruit especially for us. Our room was kept spotless, and the AC made it easy to sleep well every night. There’s also a beautiful, clean pool and free breakfast every day. The loft was an amazing place to stay.

It was so quiet and beautiful here. I was in room 19, which is perfectly placed, with the pool just three metres from my veranda. The pool was lovely, and the free breakfast was great. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. This side of the island is much better for peace and quiet, in my opinion. The beaches are stunning, and even in high season there weren’t many people around. If you don’t want Phuket’s nightlife, crowded streets, and busy beaches, I’d highly recommend staying here. My time at the hotel and in the area was amazing, five stars from me.

This place really doesn’t merit a four-star rating. The room was smelly and not clean, and there was no room service. The amenities weren’t up to the standard of a four-star hotel.
