The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. The price is affordable, the location is pretty good for getting to the market, 7-11, and the mall, and there's free parking. Coffee and tea are available in the lobby, and they provide hangers and an oven. Remember to bring a travel adaptor. They only give you one room card, and don't supply basics like a toothbrush, toothpaste, hand soap, hairdryer, or slippers. One thing that was frustrating: the cleaner often cleans the lift around 8-9 in the morning, when people need it. We end up waiting a long time and sometimes have to walk down to level 1. I suggested staff check CCTV and let visitors use the lift first if someone needs it, instead of keeping it tied up for so long. Driving back can be awkward too. You can't just turn right toward the hotel, you have to go ahead, turn left, make a U-turn, then turn right and left to reach it. I don't like that traffic route.

The room was spacious and had air conditioning. The location is handy, just two minutes from Central Phuket shopping mall and near old Phuket town. Patong beach isn't far, and the main highway makes it easy to get around.

Na Ka has a fun name, though the place feels like it has seen better days. The woman at reception, perhaps the owner, could be a little friendlier, Na Ka. My room was spacious and clean, with a fridge bigger than most hotel ones, but the bed was too short for me and the safe locked itself. For the room, location, service, and price, it's still reasonable and the price is good, even if the location is a bit out of the way. Three stars feels slightly low, while four is too high. I'd have liked to give 3.5; when I posted, the rating was 4.2, so I think three was fair.

The staff were polite, helpful, and spoke English. They arranged a ferry booking for us at a fair rate, and the hotel also offers motorcycles for a reasonable price. Our room was clean and felt safe. We enjoyed staying here, with old town Phuket and Hanuman World nearby.
