The grounds and shared areas are nice and well maintained, and the condo itself is nice. But the staff have been treating tenants badly. They let you use a computer in the lobby, then turn off the air conditioning so it gets too hot. When I asked them to switch it back on, they were aggressive. Lately they’ve also been disabling the lobby sockets so you can’t plug in a computer. When customers come in, though, they turn the AC on and are very polite. Why are tenants treated so aggressively while shoppers get such respect? I’ll update this review as I stay. There’s also construction outside our window by the same company, Central Pattana. It starts at 8am and makes it hard to sleep. The exhaust smell is so strong now that we can’t open the windows.

They’ve just opened this brand new condo in a strategic spot. It has a huge pool plus a baby pool, gym, coworking space, lockers, sauna, parking, 24-hour security, and a lobby.

I’ve been living here since it opened, partly because of the office service. The staff are so friendly and the service is the best. This is the best condominium in phuket. Thanks 🙏 to the whole team.

The condo itself isn’t bad, but living by the construction is a problem. I signed a one-year contract for a unit on the second floor, and before I was halfway through, construction began on a second property from the same developer. A construction shed went up right below my windows and lots of equipment arrived. From 8am until sunset there’s banging and a bad smell. My head hurts 24/7, but moving apartments would cost me two deposits. I feel trapped.
