Meow & Nam, thank you for looking after us at the bar. The drinks were always well made, and you made guests feel comfortable and appreciated. Both of you were friendly and professional, with a positive attitude and an eye for the details. Your service helped make our stay more enjoyable.

Meow was especially lovely, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout. The property is beautiful, but our stay at Veranda fell short for the price, especially after paying around ₹80,000 INR for an ocean front Pool Access Room. The food was uneven. We liked the pasta and Pad Kra Pao, while the Caesar salad disappointed and the cocktails were below average. I wouldn't recommend the Indian food, which didn't meet expectations. We were also charged ₹1,500 for a towel stain caused by color transfer from clothing. That felt unreasonable given what the room and stay cost. The pool setup was the biggest letdown. The section right outside our room was only about 10 inches deep, and the water only became properly swimmable a couple of rooms away. Calling that pool access felt misleading. On top of that, the pool was dirty for our first two days, with leaves, sand, and small sticks floating in it. On checkout day they cleaned only part of it, and it still wasn't properly maintained.

Meow. Aung. Nawtao deserve a special thank you for their hospitality and the extra care they took to make our stay memorable. The whole resort in Phuket felt relaxing and well run, with great facilities and friendly staff who were always ready to help. It was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We had a wonderful holiday, would gladly stay again, and recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket. 🙏🌴☀️

Pam and her team, Vee, Moss, Game and Q, took great care of us. Housekeeping followed our requests and did even more than we asked. We enjoyed the separate pools and how easy it was to get to the beach. The resort is well maintained, with lovely water views where you can watch the sunset from the balcony. We also booked island hopping and snorkeling through the resort, and had a fantastic time out at sea. A relaxing, chilled holiday.
