The Mareeya Place

We felt very comfortable staying with this family. The place was very clean and offered good value for money. Their hospitality impressed us, as did the interesting story of their family. They speak excellent English, which made communication easy. We highly recommend them.

Frank and Ann made Mareeya Place feel like staying with friends. Their warmth, generosity, local tips, and stories made the trip unforgettable. We liked it so much that after our March stay, we changed our travel route to come back. We're already planning another visit. The hotel was spotless and beautifully maintained, with all the little things we needed, including beach towels, flip flops, and loungers. Breakfast was delicious, housekeeping was exceptional, and we felt at home from the moment we arrived. The location is unbeatable, a short walk from the beach and surrounded by great cafes and restaurants. Kamala became our favorite place in Phuket: relaxed, beautiful, and full of charm. Of all the places we stayed in Thailand, this was hands down the best. We've stayed in quite a few, and can wholeheartedly recommend Mareeya Place to anyone looking for a welcoming, relaxing place.

I've stayed here three times in the past year, and the family, Frank, and Ann have always made me feel welcome and been glad to help. Ann and her team are fantastic, friendly, attentive, and professional. Frank really goes out of his way to make sure you're comfortable and looked after. The rooms were amazing, the breakfast delicious, and the location perfect. Nothing was too much trouble. Easily five stars from me, highly recommended!

The beach is about a five-minute walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. This little boutique hotel in Kamala, Puhket was a lovely find. Ann and Frank are delightful hosts, and my room was fresh, tidy, and very clean. I’d happily stay here again. Like and follow for more places to see around the world.
