For a three-week stay, all the little things started to matter, and it got tiring to keep bothering the administration about them. If you’re there for just a couple of days, they may not be an issue. Fixing those details could make this a five-star place. Fabien was responsive and helpful, and the stay was otherwise pleasant, comfortable and quiet. We had good neighbors, liked the surroundings and felt safe. Our apartment had a rooftop pool, but in the second week its pH didn’t seem right. We mentioned it and were told the pool staff only came on certain days. We waited, but the issue was never resolved, so we couldn’t use our private pool for the rest of the stay. It wasn’t the biggest problem, but things like this should be sorted out. Still recommended.

We lived here for a year and liked it very much. The rooms are spacious and the accommodation price is reasonable. It’s a quiet, cozy place away from street noise. The manager and administrator are lovely and always ready to help. They even personally congratulate guests on birthdays and other holidays. If I’m ever in Thailand again, I’ll definitely try to stay here.

A very quiet place in a good location. You’ll need transport if you want to get to the beach. There are a few food places nearby.

A close friend stayed here in Dec '24 and said that long-term guests had reported staff making a big effort to clear out the cats a year earlier, which deserves credit. Some people did mention cat fights again and said the cats were starting to return. When we stayed, the cats were a real problem. They woke us twice every night, fighting and screaming, and parts of the garden and the area by the pool smelled so bad from cat toilets that we nearly felt sick. I don’t know why management let staff barely look after so many cats. This place could have been very good, but I can’t recommend it.
