The room was quiet and clean, with a comfortable bed, good quality linens, and plenty of pillows. Climate control worked well, and there was ample lighting. It also had modern amenities, including a flat-screen TV, reliable Wi-Fi, and a work desk. Highly recommended for Europe visitors.

I was there for 8 nights. The staff and breakfast were good, but there were several issues in my room: the floor drain didn't work and the soap pump was broken. They also use the fire escape area to dry towels, which doesn't seem safe.

Breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly. Some of them even speak German. But the shower water kept switching from cold to boiling hot and back again, so I couldn't take a normal shower. It seemed to be a known issue, but they couldn't do anything about it.
