Zara Hotel

We wouldn't recommend staying here. The photos make the rooms look nice, but the hotel isn't well maintained when you look closely. We ended up here after a poor arrangement by the personnel at Hotel 777. We had booked through Booking. When we checked in, the toilet seat was completely broken. Staff first told us to sleep with it as it was and that a handyman would fix it the next day. After we made clear that wasn't acceptable, the manager offered to move us to ZARA Hotel. The room there had used bedsheets, though they were willing to change them. We stayed three nights and our room wasn't cleaned. We repeatedly had to ask for toilet paper and clean towels. Most of the staff seemed kind and friendly, but management was extremely poor. No one spoke English.

The room had a good design, but it wasn't properly looked after. The promised panoramic view wasn't there either. The booking site's photos only show the tidy beds, with no other kinds of pictures. There's no sign for the hotel, which is inside a residential building and shares its public entrance and elevator. You have to call ahead to get in. It's on the 17th floor. I booked a room, but the stay didn't meet my expectations.

The entrance to the floor was in poor condition. I wouldn't recommend it.
