Djerba Castille- Family Only Hotel

The animation crew kept things lively with lots of activities, and they were friendly and funny. I'd recommend this place if you're after good food, a relaxed stay, and a nice atmosphere. Thanks, Louis ♥️😍

We've had another lovely holiday here, and we really love this hotel. The animation team was beautiful, especially enzo, maya and Alex xxxx 🤩🤩🤩

The pool and beach were great, and there was a decent range of food, though some dishes were a bit too spicy. The animation team brought plenty of fun and energy, especially Marcus, Louis, Lorenzo, and Nino. Our room had several technical problems. Housekeeping made the beds, but the cleaning wasn't good enough: we found women's hair in a room used only by men, and sometimes there was no toilet paper. The mattresses felt rather firm, though I still slept well. Check-in was quick, and staff promptly called a technician for some issues. But for most of the problems we reported, they seemed unsure what to do and even rolled their eyes. That came across as very unprofessional. Wi-Fi for business calls is available only in the lobby and the outdoor restaurant by the pool, and it's slow. There's a bar only by the pool, and the five drinking-water points are all far from both the rooms and the beach. For a restful break with a wonderful pool, I'd still recommend the hotel.

I don't get some of the complaints about the food. There was plenty to choose from, including Tunisian dishes, pizza, and pasta, with barbecue and show cooking every day. The food was really good. The shisha bar was good too, and there are a few shops nearby.
