The rooms were mediocre: spacious, but with just one small window, poor beds, and scratchy blankets. The restaurant was unbearably hot because the air conditioning barely worked, and the staff there were unfriendly. We didn’t realize water wasn’t included, since it had been included almost everywhere else, and that led to an unpleasant discussion. The whole place felt like a labyrinth and the set of a bad movie. The staff all seemed like they’d stepped out of a film. It began with a half-argument over who could carry our luggage. We had only a backpack and could easily manage it ourselves, but it was literally pulled out of our hands. We stayed here last year during our road trip through Tunisia as part of an excursion.

The team’s professionalism, the quality of the service, and the welcoming atmosphere made my time at this Hotel enjoyable and memorable. I’m sincerely grateful for the warm hospitality, support, and kindness throughout my stay. It was an excellent experience, and I truly appreciate it.

A cool, beautiful place. I came with my friends and we really enjoyed staying here.

The place is beautiful and the staff were exceptional. My family and I came for lunch and paid well for the buffet, but when we needed to continue our journey, they wouldn’t let me cool off in the pool for just two minutes unless I paid. It was over 40 degrees Celsius. We’d considered staying two nights, but we’re moving to the more luxurious hotel next door.
