For what we paid, it was a terrible experience. The sheets and bedding were dirty, the toilet wouldn't flush, and there were no towels. The fridges and air conditioning were broken too. If I could give zero or even minus one, I would. I really don't recommend this place at all.

Getting there isn't easy, but the rooms are clean and comfortable. It's a good hotel in Hammam Lif.

The tea room was the one bright spot, cute and pleasant, with excellent service. The rooms are spacious, but the rest was a letdown. The bedding looked used, with hair and fur on it, and the sheets were ripped and only came up to our knees, which was a first. There wasn't any toilet paper, even after we asked twice. We also had no towel, bath mat, little bar of soap, or hot water. It felt like we were in a dirty room someone had already used. I really don't recommend staying here.
