The food service was completely chaotic. The doors were meant to open at 6:30, but they didn't open until 7:20, and people were pushing to get a place inside. My room was just as bad: dirty sheets with hair from previous guests, spider webs in every corner, and no trash basket in the bathroom. There were no towels at first. When two small ones were brought, they had stains on them. This is one of the worst hotels I've ever visited. Please don't even consider going.

The restaurant was a mess, with queues, too few plates and cutlery, and not enough food or variety. There was nobody available to talk to, and there weren't enough cleaners either. The room was dirty as soon as I arrived: filthy curtains, bed covers and sheets, plus a smelly, flooded bathroom. There was no soap, shampoo, toilet paper, or towels. The bathroom was very old-fashioned, with a small TV, and there was no free Wi-Fi in the bedrooms. The hall was dark and the carpet was wet. This is the worst hotel I've seen. If you haven't booked yet, my advice is to run away.

We haven't been able to sleep because the hotel is so dirty and the music is loud. The air conditioning doesn't work.
