Hotel Sol Azur Beach

The hotel looks wonderful, and it's really close to the Medina and all the shops. We had a lovely view from our room, and the sea felt like the Maldives, just perfect. Everyone was very friendly, and there was a delicious range of food to choose from each day. We had a wonderful experience.

The beach was beautiful and clean, and the outdoor pool was wonderful. The buffet food was tasty, although the selection was limited. The third-floor restaurant was a highlight, with friendly, helpful staff who spoke English, French, German, and Arabic. Towels were changed every day, but the cleaning itself wasn't thorough. There was hair in the rooms and on the sheets, and floors were wiped with a cloth rather than a mop, using the same cloth across all floors. There seemed to be too few professional cleaners. The property needs renovation, with defects in several places, and in my opinion it deserves three stars rather than four. The lobby bar was disappointing, and the cocktails were poor. That's my honest view of the hotel.

The hotel was relaxing, clean, and beautifully kept, and the food had plenty of delicious choices each day. During our three nights at Sol Azur Hotel in Hammamet, the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They were warm, attentive, and clearly wanted us to have a great stay. Special thanks to Ms. Dorsaf Atifi for her kindness and thoughtful hospitality, which made the trip more memorable. We had such a good time that we're sure to return. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hammamet.

Everyone at Sol Azur Hotel in Hammamet, Tunisia was welcoming, kind, and ready to help. The place was very clean, the facilities were great, and the hotel itself was excellent. Ms. Dorsaf Arifi, the Customer Relations Manager, deserves a special thank you. She was caring and helpful throughout our stay, and her warm, professional manner made the trip even better. We had an amazing time and would happily recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Hammamet.
