Every towel, sheet, and pillowcase was dirty, so it was impossible to feel clean or comfortable. The hotel looked worn out and filthy, as shown in the attached photos. The restaurant food was terrible, and there seemed to be no hygiene protocols at all. Staying here was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. It's a disgrace that it's still operating. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for cleanliness and decent service. Avoid it.

For the price, it's a decent, laid-back hotel, though it's old and cozy in a traditional way. There's a buffet at every meal, and the food is decent, with some really tasty fish. The wifi is available, and the air conditioners work perfectly. When you call for help, they come right away and fix things. There are two very clean, well-maintained pools, and the beach is accessible from the hotel. They did some renovations this year, and more are needed, but it's not as bad as the comments make it sound. I was worried after reading them, but my experience wasn't like that at all. A good budget option if you don't mind an older hotel.

The hotel is very small, the food isn't good, and the service is very bad. There's no room service, and the staff weren't friendly at all. They call it a 4-star hotel, but it doesn't deserve even one star.

They told us we would be charged for food on our fifth night, even though the agency had said it was included in our original booking. They made my husband leave his ID and sign a statement saying we would pay. The music was so loud it made talking on the phone difficult, and there was no WiFi in the rooms. The room and cups were dirty, the sheets weren't changed, and after cleaning they left us without towels until they finished washing them. There was a strong stench in the hallways too. We were the only family in the hotel, but they kept playing loud, obnoxious music all the time, even at night, after a party of some sort that first weekend. When we first arrived, we asked about availability and were assured there were rooms, as there weren't many people booked then. We stayed six days. This is the worst hotel experience I've had in Tunisia, and I don't know why they call it four-star. It doesn't deserve one. Save your money.
